• How can I contribute art, photos, documents, Eagle Scout Court of Honor Flyers, information on Eagle Scout Projects, Forms, Directions, Plans, etc.

• The preferred method is to send the file to and specify where you think the file should fit. Remember to only use graphics or art for which you have copyright permission. The Boy Scouts of America and USSSP Website typically allow liberal use of their electronic content, but check before you use it. If in doubt, don't use it! You can always make your own.

• The other method is to hand me a copy of the graphic at a Troop Method. While I love to get content for the website, this does consume a bunch of my personal time, increases chances for errors, and will increase the time it takes get your valuable information posted.

• Links on the page don't respond or give error page.

• Try hitting Refresh and try the link again. If you still have a problem right mouse click on the part of the page where the link is and select Properties, and send the Address:(URL) to ; also you can help zero in on the defect if you can right mouse click on the offending link, select, and paste it in the same email.

• How can I save a document from a link in its native format rather than having it open in my browser?

• In most browsers, you need to right mouse click on the link for the document you want to download. On the mouse menu, select 'Save Target as'. A menu will pop up asking where you would like to save the document, in most cases you can keep the default name and save it in a directory, so you will know where the file is later. In Explorer, the last menu will provide a button for opening in the native format once download is complete.

• How do I subscribe to a mail list?

• What if my password doesn't work (e-mail or secure directory)?

• For e-mail, try closing your e-mail program and then restart it, then try rebooting your system and restarting both (I don't know why this works sometimes, but it is worth a try). If this doesn't work send me a to reset your password using another account or earmail (get my phone number from the troop address list).

• For secure directories, first try hitting refresh (F5) and try logging in again, then try closing your browser and restarting and trying again. Finally reboot and start again (silly again, but this work too). If this doesn't work send me a or earmail.

• When downloading forms I am asked for a password? What do I do?

• For documents other than html and pdf documents this server will ask for a password. Hit OK three times without entering anything in the blocks and the documents should load soon after.
